Rhythmic gymnastics helps develop overall fitness, coordination and concentration. Rhythmic gymnastics camp at KRSG is ideal for all girls who want to learn rhythmic gymnastics, including those gymnasts currently registered in KRSG's recreational programs.
Throughout the week your daughter will be introduced to the basic body techniques and equipment handling of the ball hoop, ribbon and rope of Rhythmic Gymnastics. She will work on the badge skills of our unique “I’ve Got Rhythm” badge program and be coached by our NCCP certified rhythmics gymnastics coaches, all former KRSG gymnasts themselves.
Our camps run from 9am to 4 pm with extended care from 8:30am-5pm and is for girls ages 6 years and up. A half day camp is available for gymnasts aged 4 and 5 years old.
General Recreational Camp Schedule

| 9 am - 12 noon | Morning activities include a warm up, apparatus training, body technique training, and active games. There will be time set aside for a mid-morning snack part way through the morning activities. |

| 12:30 - 4:30 pm | Afternoon activities include further apparatus and body technique training, outdoor play (weather permitting), dance and pre-acro activities and crafts. There will be time set aside for a snack midway through the afternoon activities. |

Fees for 2024 Recreational Camps (Tax Included)
Week of July 2-5, 2024 (4 days)
Full day for gymnasts aged 6 years and up: $280 (6+ year olds).
Half day for gymnasts aged 4-5 years: $130 (4 and 5 year olds).
Week of July 8-12, 2024 (5 days)
Full day for gymnasts aged 6 years and up: $325 (6+ year olds).
Half day for gymnasts aged 4-5 years: $160 (4 and 5 year olds).
Week of July 15-19, 2024 (5 days)
Full day for gymnasts aged 6 years and up: $325 (6+ year olds).
Half day for gymnasts aged 4-5 years: $160 (4 and 5 year olds).
Payment Schedule
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. Please note there is a $25 charge for NSF returned cheques.

Please note: your registration is not complete until we receive your cheque to cover the registration fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Summer or March Break Camp cancellation refunds will only be issued if a request is received before the start of the camp and when accompanied by a doctor’s note. The refund will consist of the original amount paid, less an administration and the Gymnastics Ontario Registration Fees. Please understand that your child took the place of another potential gymnast and that all coaches and facilities have been booked, therefore missed classes on the part of the student will not be refunded.
