What is Gymnaestrada?
Gymnaestrada is a performance-based event providing the opportunity to celebrate movement and physical activity in a non-competitive environment while capturing the true essence of the ‘Gymnastics for All’ and ‘Active for Life’ philosophies of sport and recreation.
The Canadian Gymnaestrada took place in Edmonton, Alberta from June 30 to July 5, 2022 with the World Gymnaestrada taking place in Amsterdam, Netherlands from July 30-August 5, 2023

Any gymnast wishing to participate in the World Gymnaestrada must participate in the Canadian Gymnaestrada.
