Audition
To join our rhythmic competitive team, gymnasts must attend an audition where their skills will be assessed by our experienced coaches. This selection ensures that a gymnast is ready to take on the experience of competitive gymnastics.
Auditions are typically held in April/May, or by contacting admin@krsg.org .
Important notice
If the gymnast passes the audition successfully, she will become an advanced training gymnast next season. Depending on the age and skill of the gymnast, she could be in Rising Stars, Interclub, Provincial or National Stream. Please note that this is for committed gymnasts and parents as there will be increased training hours for advanced gymnasts at a of minimum 6 hours/week.
It is mandatory for advanced training gymnasts to attend summer camp. For gymnasts age 7 and older, they are required to attend interclub summer camp held in July or August. For gymnasts between the ages of 5 and 6 years old, they are required to attend 2 weeks of rising stars summer camp.
